Your main tasks:

Complete management of automation projects (on machine tools and
other): design, purchasing, organization, commissioning,
Troubleshooting (electrical, automation), repairs and testing, assistance
telephone technique,
Interventions at head office and/or customer sites (France and neighboring countries),
Related administrative tasks: making appointments with customers, drafting reports
administrative support: service request, after-sales service report, etc.
intervention, participation in drawing up the estimate.

Your profile:

Technical training at Bac + 2 level (such as BTS MI, MAI, MSMA, DUT GEII)
or significant workshop and/or customer experience,
Technical expertise acquired through many years of professional experience
in the field of on-site maintenance (maintenance and repair) or
machine tool commissioning,
Expertise in the use of numerical controls (for example,
Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NUM),
Technical expertise in measurement and control systems, motor-drive,
Conviviality and self-assurance in direct customer contact with a
service-oriented,
Flexibility, ready to intervene in the company’s service area,
Autonomy, ability to work alone in the field and to ensure the proper
organization of its worksite,
Meticulous, methodical, organized and safety-conscious,
Fluency in English and/or German is a plus,
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics would be appreciated.
